Sleeping next to someone is perhaps the most intimate you will ever be with another human. In sleep you are completely defenseless.

You are soft and supple and childlike and so I am. Our hard exteriors fall away when the sand hits the eyes. Just legs intertwined, arms resting on each other's waist, skin on skin warmed by our breath. There is no feeling of threathened intimacy, it's a moment of revealed magic.
